Jamas creí que viviría tanto como para ver los viajes supersónicos comerciales. Pero estoy empezando a creerlo. Vean esta nota de Forbes y este website sobre los avances de un proyecto llamado Hyperloop, donde están comenzando a reunir el equipo y los fondos para construir unas cápsulas que moverán gente y otras cargas a través de tubos al vacío y a velocidades de más de 1200 kms por hora.

No quiero ser pesimista pero, vamos, si la gente aun se mata en sus bicicletas…

They emerge from “stealth” mode with this article, armed with an $8.5 million war chest and plans for a $80 million round later this year. “We have the team, the tools and the technology,” says BamBrogan. “We can do this.” The 21st-century space race is on.
